Received a call in the AM that we could move our appt. up to an earlier time, was unable due to previous doctor ap Had a very good service experience. An hour and a half oil change turned into three hours of misery and frustration. I had to reschedule 2 different appointments. I was there at 7:30 didn't leave til almost 10:20. I love my Kia, but the service dept. was lousy. I have 3 more oil changes given to me when the car was sold, but I'll be hard pressed to come back. More
