I was told my recall would take 1 1/2 hours. I was given a number to text with questions and they were ignored. I was called to come to the service desk for a free gift and for a free estimate on my car. Stood there for 30 minutes before I was acknowledged. There was no gift and it became a hard sell to get me to trade in my perfectly good car for a newer one. I had no intentions of trading in, but I give them credit for trying. I had nothing better to do while waiting for my car. Their waiting area is clean and they had coffee and snacks so that was very nice. More
Scheduling the appointment was terrible. I called for 3 weeks, leaving messages and no call back. I called one Saturday and was told the schedulers don't work on Saturdays. She said she would transfer me the supervisor and then she disconnected me. If i didn't have the contract with Bill Bryan for free oil changes I definitely would not have used your service. The actual service was fine. They did a good job washing my car and vacuuming it out. I hope you will greatly improve the Scheduling process. More

I was told when I made my appointment for 9am that I would have no problem making a doctors appointment at noon. Drove 4.5 hours to get there as I was in Georgia and only staying for the day. I was late for my appointment, because it took 2hours and 45 minutes to get my car and paperwork done. The dealership was packed with no seats, so this means you must have been double booking, which is never acceptable. This never happened under the old owners. I will not be back. I will drive to Orlando or Ocala to get the car serviced. No saying all this the service advisor was excellent and made things semi tolerable. More

My advisor (Allen) and the cashier (I did not get her name unfortunately) were both very kind and helpful! When I entered though, the cashier was away from the desk and an older gentleman was sitting at name unfortunately) were both very kind and helpful! While I wouldn't say he was rude exactly, he was not very friendly and made me feel in the way. He asked what I was there for and then told me I needed to talk to my advisor - That was why I was there, I did not know who to speak with. Luckily my advisor came walking in a minute later to ask if I was being helped. Everything else about my visit was great, and I appreciated how low-pressure the "up-selling" was. I look forward to continuing to use Kia of Leesburg! More
