As usual the service at KIA of Lynchburg was way above the “also rans”. The previous time I had my Sorento in for an oil change and wheel alignment, my technician noticed there was grease leaking out of the “also rans”. The previous time I had my Sorento in for an oil change and wheel alignment, my technician noticed there was grease leaking out of the outer constant velocity joint boot. So he ordered a complete right axle assembly for my vehicle. This was great, because since the outer joint was questionable and may, most likely have sustained damage by being run dry or low on lubricant, it was in my best interest to replace the entire assembly. The service technicians on staff are at the top of their game!! This is the type of logical, customer-centric reasoning and customer care I have always experienced and come to expect from my local KIA dealership! Christy Herald, the service manager, is always very competent, professional and most importantly, very understanding and kind! My wife and I are KIA of Lynchburg service customers for life! More
