Car Maintenance & State Inspection Appointment was at 8:30! Christy called me by name when I came in! Told her I had to be out of there by 9:45 to get to work!! Top Notch Automotive Service Center I've been having my 2015 KIA Sportage serviced at KIA of Lynchburg since I purchased it 2 years ago. All I can say is these folks are fantastic. I p I've been having my 2015 KIA Sportage serviced at KIA of Lynchburg since I purchased it 2 years ago. All I can say is these folks are fantastic. I primarily deal with Christi Herald, who by far is the best service manager I've had the opportunity to deal with. She's very personable, knows her job, and goes the extra mile to ensure I'm happy with the service(s) performed. Although I've dealt with Joe Woods a bit less, whenever he goes through the waiting area he gives me an update on the work being performed and how close to finished the job is. He's friendly, great attitude, and right on top of what's going on in the service center. Although I don't know any of the mechanics at KIA of Lynchburg, it's quite evident they know what they're doing. I've never had an issue after maintenance was performed and feel I'm in good hands trusting them with my Sportage. Last but not least, I feel KIA of Lynchburg Service prices are very competitive, especially for a new car dealer. Based on the level of service received I'd say they provide a lot of bang for the buck! Highly recommend! More

Great place, no frills, amazing service! This place is great! Coming from NoVa and having to deal with the Kia Dealership there, it's night and day. At no point do I ever feel like I get talked into something I do not want or need. The facilities are great, I get my own office to work while I'm waiting on the car. Good coffee and some nice snacks. The work that's done has always been good and affordable, again compared to living in NoVa it's night and day. I will definitely be going here for both my Kia's their maintenance. More
