We recently purchased a vehicle from Kia of Murfreesboro, and while the overall purchase was positive, I was disappointed with how a specific request was handled. We had requested the second remote for the and while the overall purchase was positive, I was disappointed with how a specific request was handled. We had requested the second remote for the vehicle at the time of purchase, but unfortunately, this request was not addressed. Despite following up with Kia, there was no resolution or clear communication on how the issue would be resolved. This has been quite frustrating, as we believe it's a reasonable expectation for a dealership to fulfill such requests, especially after a purchase. I hope that the dealership will take this feedback seriously and improve their follow-up process to ensure future customers don't face similar issues. More
