It would have been nice if they were a little more organized and had our customer information correct. We were told that we had tire coverage and that there would be no charge. The next day, they call organized and had our customer information correct. We were told that we had tire coverage and that there would be no charge. The next day, they called back and told us that we did not have tire coverage and demanded nearly $400. Had we been given the correct information to begin with, we would have gone elsewhere and almost certainly paid less. More

I always have very pleasant experience whenever I go to Kia. Have all my maintenance done here. Might have problem with windshield washer working properly since I was there.
