Service was fine but dealership does not honor the words they tell you when they are trying to get you to sign the dotted line. Was told my warranty was from tip of the car to tip of the car. Buy expensive rims and they get damaged, we'll put the exact same rims on". Wanted to charge me nearly $70 for an air filter to be changed. 🙄 over it and their printed surgery results that they want you to say about them. Mr Fucillo would be ashamed. More

It took 7 months to repair a seat sensor and rear window motor problem. No communication with dealership, I had to make contact with them over the 7 months. Finely said the parts were in and when I went to get my car repaired, under warranty, the parts were not even ordered! Had to explain the situation with my vehicle 3 times to my service rep, Steven, who told me my car wasn’t ready because I wouldn’t explain to him a fourth time why I was even there. Very unprofessional on Steven’s end,, and very frustrating to me. Finely got my car repaired, but it took 7 months, 3 trips to the dealership, and several unproductive phone calls over the 7 months.
