He was genuinely nice and it helped us to become more at ease with the car buying process. He facilitated the whole purchase process in a very efficient and concise manner, and did so in such a way that we always knew what part of the process we were in and were always clear in explaining what the next step was. We never felt like we were in the dark. We were impressed with Jordan (finance) as well and really felt like Alex and Jordan worked as a seamless team to get us the best deal on the car that we wanted. Jordan explained the paperwork portion in a way that didn’t make us feel belittled and there wasn’t any suspicious hiding of fees that we’ve encountered in other dealerships. They stayed way past closing hours to help us finish the deal and they never once rushed us or made us feel like we were a hindrance. Alex and Jordan made us feel like we were part of the family and we truly appreciated that. This sense of exclusiveness set Kia Port Charlotte aside from all the other dealerships in the area in our eyes. We definitely recommend Kia of Port Charlotte. 10/10! More
