This is the worst car dealearship I have ever been to. The level of professionalism and customer respect—especially from the management team—was severely lacking. Mustafa, in particular, was rude, dismiss The level of professionalism and customer respect—especially from the management team—was severely lacking. Mustafa, in particular, was rude, dismissive and condescending. We spent hours at the dealership trying to close a deal on a vehicle, but due to insurance coordination delays and the dealership closing time, we couldn’t finalize it that evening. While we understood that they couldn’t hold the car indefinitely, the way Mustafa communicated this was unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional. After calling ahead to confirm the car was still available, we returned only to find out that the vehicle had been made a loaner and was no longer for sale. We then spent more time looking at another car. After discussing numbers, Mustafa said, “What if I could get you to X amount?”—only to later backtrack and say, “I only said what if,” and then increased the offer. The issue wasn’t just the price change but also the attitude, total disregard for transparency and customer respect. Most concerning of all, this behavior occurred in front of the General Manager, which suggests that this level of customer service is tolerated or possibly even standard at this dealership. I don’t leave negative reviews, but the blatant disrespect and lack of accountability at this place deserve to be called out. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice and take your business elsewhere. More

I literally had to take them to small claims court to honor the contract. Then I had a mechanical issue almost a year after the purchase. Notice they charged me for a car service warranty. Which I didn't know was a fee added but I never received the policy information. When I called the service warranty I was told Kia of Riverdale canceled the policy after the contract was enforce. I called my finance company. They knew nothing about the cancelation nor did they receive the refund. Kia of Riverdale engages in fraud and deceptive practices. Of course I am having to sue them all over again. I will win and this time they are going to really pay. No one should be taken advantage, lied to, defrauded out of money. More
This place used to be great but something has changed. Waited 4 hours in February just to find out they needed to order parts for my recall. Scheduled an appoint in May for the recall. After 2.5 hours I was told the parts were never ordered. After more investigation, I was told the parts were actually ordered, but I needed to leave the car for 1 - 1.5 days to be repaired, even though during scheduling I was told 4 hours. No loaner cars on hand so I would have been stranded and expected to walk 20+ miles home? I plan on finding another dealership to deal with. There is clearly no respect for their customers or our time. More
