For a first time car buyer, this place was amazing. Everyone was super friendly. It didn’t feel like I was being attacked by vultures. Originally we called and spoke about a Kia seltos. We were to be transferred to Brittani, instead Pete picked up the phone. He asked if we wanted Brittani instead but we said no it’s fine. I had read about Pete before calling, about him being an excellent guide and car salesman not even thinking we would be talking to him instantly. It’s safe to say God led us to Pete and my first new car. The process was smooth and the manger and Pete work together to get me the best deal. I also had capital one auto pre approval which helped a lot. So thank you so much Pete and Kia of Riverdale for all your hard work. Oh and the finance manger was so informative and very helpful on what type of coverage to choose on my car. Everyone please make sure you get that GAP insurance. Again, thank you all for making my first car buying experience worth the trip! Pete also checked in to make sure I remember to use my AWD for this freeze storm coming in the morning. I honestly brought my car at the perfect time. I’m sure every other car salesman in there is amazing too, God just placed us with Pete. Spilled coffee is the real coffee! If you know, you know! Made appointment for 30K mile service. Promised a loaner by sales manager. Dropped off car, no loaner available. Service guy had no idea of any loaner reservation. About 1.5 hours later car ready. Left dealer and made U-turn on RT 23 North at which point the car began overheating. Dash light on, and warning sound alerted. I was in left lane, had to cut over two lanes, accidentally cut off a pickup who almost slammed into me in order to pull into the gas station, across from Kia of Riverdale (totally my fault, but that's what happens when panic sets in and it feels like your car is going to shut down on the highway). Tech drove over and fixed the problem. End result, due to the service being rushed, the tech failed to ensure that there was no air in the cooling system (at least that's what he told me). I completely had to rearrange my evening with shuffling kids to practice and putting my wife in a bind. Sales manager apologized for the "little hiccup". More

Avoid this dealer. I leased a new Kia Sorento, we agreed upon a price I put down a deposit and then after the fact the finance manager comes out and ask for for more money out of pocket. I told him no way we had an agreement and he stormed back in his office and finally adjust the price to our original agreed-upon deal. Upon delivery of the car they never remove the plastic coverings off of the console, the car was still in shipping mode and I have to bring it to another Kia dealer to have them reset it for me. There was also a small ding on the door that was brought to their attention, they said they were closing but to bring it back the following day and they would take care of it for me. I Called the next day and they acted as if they didn't even know who I was. I found them to be very shady, and would not buy a car from them again. More
