You're on your own as soon as they finalize the transaction---no one will help you. their service department is a joke. they took a total of 4 hours to replace a tire and tpms sensor on a brand transaction---no one will help you. their service department is a joke. they took a total of 4 hours to replace a tire and tpms sensor on a brand new 2024 kia K5, only for me to find out they put in a used sensor from a GM truck that leaked and didn't work---not to mention they never found the original sensor from my wheel that they lost (or stole?) Terrible dealership- avoid at all costs. They take advantage of you. Charged my elderly father $19k for a used Sportage without a working engine- sat in the shop for almost 2 months- during They take advantage of you. He can no longer drive- so when the car was finally done, explained the situation to Kia and they offered $6K buyback. Seriously? Come to find out my father didn’t even have a valid drivers license- how could they sell to him? They also lied- saying he wasn’t approved for a nicer car due to financing- yet my father buys everything in cash, including this $19K piece of garbage they sold him. No morals exist at Kia of Riverdale- keep your distance. More

I financed a car with this dealership, after several attempts by them to put extra fees in the contract we reached an agreement on the price of the vehicle. I refused to buy their warranty because I thought I was buying a vehicle in good condition and trusting in the good faith of the salesman who told me that the vehicle had been inspected and was in good condition, which is a lie. On the third day of driving the vehicle, the engine light came on generating 2 defect codes in the transmission, leaving me break down in the middle of the street. The next day, after several attempts trying to contact the salesman without success. I could speak with the finance manager who told me that he wants me to buy their warranty and I refused to do it. The vehicle is still broke down and this dealership has no intention of solve the problem. Do not trust in this dealership. Stay away from them. No honest people More
