Excellent I had gone to 2 other Kia dealerships prior to coming to Route 23 Kia. This was the first dealer that was remotely honest and actually looking to sell I had gone to 2 other Kia dealerships prior to coming to Route 23 Kia. Upon receiving call backs from prior dealers, I was told that there was no way they would able to beat the price I was receiving from Route 23. Frank was my salesman and never took more that 30 min. to return a call, text, email etc. The car was ordered shipped and delivered within 3 weeks. There was a lot of back-and-forth regard the final price and payment, which really didn't have anything to do with Emily as it was haggling that involved the finance team. And even then she worked very hard to get us to a resolution. I negotiate VERY hard with auto dealers and Route 23 Kia was not only up to the challenge, but, made me happy in the end. I would recommend Emily and Route 23 Kia if you're in the market for a car. More
