But we had a very bad experience with the Loan officer(Jimmy Sanchez) He was very arrogant, lack of patience, and sarcastic, and he was criticizing my personal loans history. NEVER AGAIN ! Worst Dealership ! STAY AWAY !! I saw a used Mazda CX9 online on Autotrader.com that I was interested in. I sent email requesting information and received email from Veronica who was I saw a used Mazda CX9 online on Autotrader.com that I was interested in. I sent email requesting information and received email from Veronica who was very nice. I live in Stamford CT so this is a 1 hour and 15 min drive for me. I then spoke with a guy named Chris who confirmed vehicle in stock in lot and available and I told him I was coming with money in pocket to buy this car if it passed test drive and inspection. I drove 1 hour 15 min for nothing ! First they knew I was coming. When I got there I had to wait 45 minutes for a sales person !!! Why? They knew I was coming with money in hand !! While waiting I observed 2 sales people working with customers who then went to Sales Manager to discuss 'best offer' and each time I could see sales manager (who's name is SAL), was not lowering or offering any kind of deal. I observed each sales person go back to customer and basically say this is best we can do. I also saw each BOTH customers walk away from deal and say no thanks! I finally then met with Jerry (Internet sales) who was very nice and accommodating, He got the car, answered all my questions nicely. While inspecting the car, we noticed 1) the Bluetooth was not working; 2) the fan for A/C was making noise that can be overheard with radio on 3) All 4 tires were worn out; 4) paint was chipped near trunk; 5) Car needed new brakes in front; 6) minor cosmetic damages. All these items were noted and Jerry agreed they were all issues. Next we cam inside and I asked Jerry to speak with Sal (Sales Mgr) to see what he can do regarding issues. Sal came over and shook my hand and said there is nothing he can do. I said "you need to bring this car to minimum factory conditions and get at minimum Bluetooth and the A/C fan repaird". Sal said "he can't". I then asked Sal "Ok - whats your best offer then given the car needs a lot of work and has been on your parking lot for over 1 year !" Sal said - ""let me worry about that. I can only offer you the asking price"!! Sal was not interested in customer relationship. I was ready to buy with money in pocket to buy on spot. Sal wanted only to make a profit instead of building customer relationship that would have brought him future repeat business and referrals to others. Instead he treated me like SH_T ! "" It was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ! I own 4 cars and have dealt with several sales and dealerships previously. This is probably the 9th car my family has owned and NEVER HAD I DEALTY WITH SUCH A CLUELESS BUSINESS PERSON !!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! STAY AWAY !!! I WASTED 4 hours of my day on 15 minute conversation with a complete idiot ! More
