I'd like to complain about a very poor service. I bought the car from KIA Santa Fe (1701 St Michaels Dr Santa Fe, NM 87505) but someone didn't send all the necessary documents for the license I bought the car from KIA Santa Fe (1701 St Michaels Dr Santa Fe, NM 87505) but someone didn't send all the necessary documents for the license plates, and didn't tell me about that. I let everyone know I wouldn't be in Santa Fe, starting from May 27. When I returned in May, I found out about their mistake and demanded my plates. They still weren't ready. It's been 2 months, and I still don't have my plates. My calls are not returned. Phone dropped. I asked for my plates to be mailed to another state, because that's where I am for the next few months. I still don't have them. Please respond where they are. The seller (Jaqui) has been disrespectful to my boundaries, which was rude. I'm not her friend, I'm a customer. More

The service manager and staff were very nice and efficient when I had my Kia oil changed. Greg came to the plate when I wanted something exchanged. He is professional and nice.
