Apathy 3.5 hours for a prescheduled oil change is totally ridiculous. Apathetic attitude of staff was equally unimpressive. I felt like a ghost; sitting the 3.5 hours for a prescheduled oil change is totally ridiculous. Apathetic attitude of staff was equally unimpressive. I felt like a ghost; sitting there for such a long period of time and no one seemed to notice (or care). Finally, when the service was complete, I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to break up the log jam of cars blocking the exit. I have been having my KIA serviced there since I purchased it (almost 2 years) and admittedly, I thought this "debacle" was uncharacteristic. It was ironic that a poster touting the "express" service was displayed in the waiting area. More

I drop my truckoff immediately someone took me back to work a few hours later I was called when my ride was ready someone came and got me soon as I got there I was checked out and on my way. sometimes dealerships are not you know all that you expect but if you take the time to let them know trust me they fix it they take care of it and then it can be the best place ever that you can take your vehicle. I was really impressed house Southside Kia step their game up and took care of me the way I expected to be taken care of.Thanks Chris and Cory. Also thanks to the courtesy shuttle driver who got me to and from work safely and as fast as possible. More

It was a nice quick in an out visit I was in for a recall. All went smooth. In and out pretty quick for a Saturday morning. Southside KIA Service Dep I purchased my KIA Forte in 2012 and have been using their service department ever since. They have always been very attentive and helpful. I took m I purchased my KIA Forte in 2012 and have been using their service department ever since. They have always been very attentive and helpful. I took my car in for an oil change this week. As always, they also did a complete check of my car and discovered my battery was very low and my tires were in bad shape. My Service Advisor, Kenneth Lewis, explained everything to me and gave me my options as to how long it would be before replacement was required. I opted to go ahead and replace them both. It was handled quickly and efficiently. I tell everyone that I will never use another dealership! More
Long wait times!!! I called a week ahead to schedule an appt. I got an appt, then had to wait a extra 2 hours longer than I was told!!! This happened twice"!! That is unless you have nothing to do on Saturday!!! I was told that the scheduling is done by an 3rd party company, however when I made the second appt Andrea was the one that scheduled my appt at the dealership because I made the appt with her before I left for the next Saturday!!! More
