Recall I had to call and even came in once with a scheduled appointment before my car was finally serviced. There was a problem with the parts. You guys sa I had to call and even came in once with a scheduled appointment before my car was finally serviced. There was a problem with the parts. You guys said you’d call me when they came in but never did. I called and was told you were struck by lightning and to call back. I called and reached Mike- who said he’d call me back after checking for the parts and did not call me. I called again and reached Chris. He was great. Within minutes he told me the parts were in and made my appointment. When I brought my car in I was greeted by Andrea? A lovely young lady who was extremely thorough and efficient. So the last two people I encountered were amazing so I was happy with the end result. More

Service dept I am an Uber driver, and take my Kia Soul in for service every 5000 miles. They have me in and out in a short time, plus they wash my car.
