Thank you Robert Delvecchio for a great job. Unfortunately it was under terrible circumstances since my car was stolen. Now if Kia Inc would fix (recall) the original problem with it being able to be started with a USB cord and stolen. (that last comment is for Corporate). Sorry to see Bo is leaving. He was very professional and was very helpful when I had a recuring problem. Makayla took care of me this most recent service visit. I am looking forward to her being as professional as Bo. I have a choice of 4 Kia dealerships to choose from, all the same distance from my home. I will continue to use Southside as long as the service department continues to provide excellent service. I do have a question. Why does KIA of Southside not have any information about your service department besides a phone number on your website? Multiple pictures of the sales team, but no mention of service? More
