TO: whom it may concern 17 July 2010 My buying TO: whom it may concern 17 July 2010 My buying experience at AUTOMAX 3301 E CENTRAL TEXAS EXPRESSWAY KILLEEN TX 76543 12/04/09 Purchased TO: whom it may concern 17 July 2010 My buying experience at AUTOMAX 3301 E CENTRAL TEXAS EXPRESSWAY KILLEEN TX 76543 12/04/09 Purchased a 2009 Passat CC vin WVWHL 73C89E540575 Took 5 hours to buy car Dealership never looked at trade in, only cared about auction value Took dealership almost two months to payoff trade in, had to threaten action with State AG All the new VW’s had window tint and other added dealer options, said they would remove window tint. No way to make contact via email to ask questions or complain only via phone. Overall sales department reminded me of a Carnival with a bunch of Hucksters willing to do anything to get someone hooked. On 07/17/2020, I took a my policy for gap insurance to the dealership for a refund of the unused policy. What a terrible experience that was. Said no one was in the Business Department (looked full of people to me). F&I (Miller) started asking for information that had nothing to do with the refund and wouldn’t sign a receipt for the requested refund until I told them I was going to report them to the BBB and the State AG. Certainly not the way I would run a business and not the type of place I would recommend to anyone. More
