Very upset with Kimber's service area. We were down a car and they said they'd let us know the next day after doing diagnostics and then it was put off saying the next day again and then after 5 days we were and they said they'd let us know the next day after doing diagnostics and then it was put off saying the next day again and then after 5 days we were finally given an update on the transmission. We needed a 2nd vehicle and needed to know before this! Very poor communication. Asked if we could get some $ off of the diagnostic charges and they wouldn't budge. Got GM involved and info he passed onto us was different than what we received from the tech. . Lying going on here, not good! Won't be doing business there again! More

In the process, we discovered how much the Kimber Creek staff enjoy working with each other and their customers in a relaxed, no-pressure fun-filled atmosphere. A few days later, we drove our 2020 F350 out of the Kimber Creek lot VERY PLEASED with the deal, the process, the vehicle preparation, but especially the people. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, including five from the same salesman, but Kimber Creek is now my dealer of choice and I shall contact them for my next vehicle - even though I live out of state.
