"Collision Center miss managed"

Had my car go in for a new bumper and grille. I was told it would take 2 - 3 days. After constant calls with little response after 3 weeks, I contacted the general manager. He promised me he would over see the project and call me with an update as well as making sure the job was done right. I never heard from him again and half a week later I was told my car was ready. The net result was the bumper and grill were replaced but they could not seem to match the paint color. The shop managers reply was “ On a sunny day it does not look too far off”... I would not recommend this shop. I am not replacing this car at Kindle. I am willing to travel beyond my area when replacing the car.

"was lied to by service dept personal"

app for oil change at 9.30am. waited till 11.45am and asked if car was finished yet. told me it was, and was blocked by other vechicles,would be out shortly. checked at 12.15pm car was never even brought into shop yet.lied right to me about it being done. ask for my keys and left.Very bad customer service 1/31/19

"Above and Beyond Expectations!"

When I contacted the Kindle Auto Plaza Detailing Department, I wasn't sure if they worked on outside makes of cars. Luckily for me, they do! I was able to get an appointment the next day. Matt Howell worked on my 2012 Volvo C30 and did a fantastic job. While the car is regularly washed and waxed, it had never been detailed and the leather interior was looking dingy and worn. Matt was meticulous in his attention to detail. He buffed out scratches and cleaned and conditioned the leather. I would highly recommend this service to anyone wanting that new car feeling for $189!

"incomplete "

Ok so I bought a 2007 Ford Explorer with a little over 64000 miles on it. First thing they did wrong was to sell a vehicle in NJ without having the title in hand, per the NJDMV you cannot sell a vehicle without the title. It took 70 days to get my tags for this SUV and there was 10 days that I could not use the truck as the second set of temporary tag had expired, and you are only allowed two temporary tags or 60 days. I also just had this truck in for service for water on the floor on the passenger side of the truck. They did remove and reattach the door gasket with glue and so far, so good. When my wife and I went to pick up the on truck on the evening of February 14th, I found trash left in the truck and the grab handle was not attached properly, also the plugs to cover the bolt holes sitting on the dash along with tools left behind by the mechanic. I went inside and returned the tools to the receptionist and told her about the trash in the truck and the grab handle not being installed completely and she went and got the sales manager on duty that night. I explained the problem to him and he took my information and told me he would call me about this problem. As of today, the 22 of February I have not recived a call from anyone at Kindle Ford. As right now they are no better than the local Ford dealer here in EHT.

My experience there was excellent, I did not purchase there but went there to get my lincoln mkz repaired. Unexpectedly my car battery went bad. I pulled up asked if they could help told them the car was literally broke down outside the garage. The service guy (I forgot his name) got up got a box that jumps the car and told me to pull in. It was very busy. He wrote me up and told me to have a seat in the waiting room. The wait time was 1.5 hours. A little longer than I would want but the attitude from anyone that worked there was extremely friendly and nice. So that was worth so much. The waiting room was clean and comfortable too.
