We had been searching for a particular car for some time. Each time we found one, it would sell before we could make it to the dealership. Mark told him that the car had just been traded in the afternoon before and that it was a one owner car in excellent condition. They allowed us to put a deposit down on the car via credit card (which a previous dealer would not allow) and we made the 7.5 hour trip from Virginia several days later to pick it up. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to go. The car was just as described. We couldn't be happier with our Jetta TDI. The whole experience of buying a car at Kindle Auto Plaza was wonderful. When I got to the dealership, I was not hassled by sales people. They did come out and ask if we needed any help and when we said we w was wonderful. When I got to the dealership, I was not hassled by sales people. Later we took two cars out for a test run and wasn't hassled then either. I wanted the 2013 Dodge Dart in Laguna blue but they didn't have it on the lot. They were willing to have the car delivered from 200 miles away. Tom, the sales person, was very friendly, helpful and understanding. He knew his job and everything went smoothly.
