I pulled up asked if they could help told them the car was literally broke down outside the garage. The service guy (I forgot his name) got up got a box that jumps the car and told me to pull in. It was very busy. He wrote me up and told me to have a seat in the waiting room. The wait time was 1.5 hours. A little longer than I would want but the attitude from anyone that worked there was extremely friendly and nice. So that was worth so much. The waiting room was clean and comfortable too. More
I went in to have my Mercury Milan serviced and to check the check engine light on the vehicle. I explained to the person who checked me in, we are in Kindle Care and the check engine light is on. I also explained to him my husband and I both work for the Government and were on a tight budget at the moment and can only afford a certain amount could he please call for the repair cost before they make any. He assured me they always do. I explained the problem was the fuel gage when the check engine light came on that is what the panel said. I had the car looked at previously about this and they fixed it, however it didn't take long for the same thing to happen. We left the center and an hour later I received a call from the attendant explaining my tires a low tread and I need new tires. I told him there is no way I can afford that I just told you before I left I was more concerned with the check engine light. He said you really need new tires I suggest that, I again had to tell him no. I also reiterated the check engine light and fuel gage problem. He said there was not check engine light on when they received the car. I my husband showed him before we left. Well when I arrived on site to pick up the car, I was greeted by Blain Paynter which at this point took the time to explain about the check engine light and they tried to find the issue with a full diagnostic on the car with no charge. I was under the assumption with Kindle Care and the extra $2500.00 I paid for the extended service plan with Kindle a full diagnostic was covered anyway for the premium cost. I did look at the Multi-Point Inspection Checklist provided and noticed the first check was green for, "Operation of horn, interior lights, exterior lamps, turn signals, hazard and brake lamps" I notated quietly to Blain Paynter the driver side head lamp blew out two nights ago. He seemed to be upset, not with me, however grabbed the keys to retrieve the car to bring it back in to check. I was ready to go, the car has been there for 3-4 hrs and I will have to get it fixed later. Over all this service center may have a few flaws but the people are nice and welcoming, I trust them with my vehicles and service. I have only dealt with Blain Paynter when I have taken my work and private vehicles in there in the past. I can say he is very assertive and polite. I find him to care about customer service and never does he show a bad attitude, for that I thank him. The only thing I wish different of this service department is to update your program to show when your profile is brought up that you have purchased the extended service plan so the attendant can better direct the service. The others never see this until I have to remind them, then when they look deeper they see it in my profile on the computer. I would 100% recommend Kindle Auto Care Service Department for your vehicle needs. More
I was in town visiting with family when my check engine llight came on in my Jeep Libery. My knowledge of cars is very limited so I immediately called to make an appointment. Fast, efficient and courteous. We were visiting from out of town and Blaine took us right in to check on our check engine light. Within 30 minutes Blaine found that the problem was a loose gas cap and we we of town and Blaine took us right in to check on our check engine light. I brought my car in for a recent recall. This is not my usual dealer and Blane went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were taken care of and the recall was completed quickly. We had been in Cape May for a vacation and had some issues with our Jeep needing service. Loretta was wonderful to "squeeze" us into her schedule to get our Jeep back to us as quickly as possible. We had to utilize a rental car and Blaine had helped to place us in one. Being on vacation, this is not what we had on our itinary, but Loretta and Blaine made It effortless and a pleasure to deal with the situation. So much so, that we ended up coming back to Cape May the next weekend and scheduled to get our oil changed while we were in the area. Again, we were in and out of the Quick Lanes very quickly.
