My husband is in hospice at home. I told him I couldnt be away long. I used the quick lane and he met me immediately. I was a bit upset as I had had bad news from the hospice nurse and had to leave him and away long. I used the quick lane and he met me immediately. I may not be able to leave home for a while without someone there due to his downward spiraling condition. He was so sympathetic and understanding. He efficiently handled my requirements. He showed me how to get the refund on the special and went over the bill etc. He was very friendly and comforting. He explained all charges. I hope he stays. He is new to the service dept. I have only been going there for a few visits and last time I was treated nicely but this time it was royally, by Blaine. When I come back it will be because of Blaine AND the specials, in that order!!! More
