Best experience ever We went to Kindle after visiting a competitor in a nearby town. That dealer was good but Kindle was great. I had been at the dealership with my son's 2012 Jeep and first met Mark. He led me to where I needed to go for a recall situation that was not even identified by Jeep.I told my husband that we should look for him. We did meet him but he was part of the Jeep dealership. We did our research on line and were looking for a pre-owned Ford Explorer that was advertised. Surprisingly it was on the lot. No bait and switch. We met Steve in the Ford dealership and unfortunately laid upon him our short timeline for that day. He was very compassionate and really sped up the process that included the test drive, trade in assessment and beginning of comparative financing. He made sure that everything was the way "we" wanted and needed. We left a deposit and planned to bring back our title for the trade in and discuss purchasing an extended warranty. At our return visit the car was gassed up (by Steve), we were met with their very informative business staff who educated us on choices with extended warranty. She did not talk "to" us but"with" us.An inspection sticker was applies. Steve even helped us get a free oil change that day since one was due shortly. He linked up our cell phones to the car to assist us in the new technology! Great experience and I would go back and ask for Steve or Mark (Jeep) at any time in the future. More
