Mr. Chou, When your order was sent over to us and you had selected Magnus Frost, you were immediately informed that this color is a special order. This was communicated at the time the order was presented and advised that pricing had not yet been determined, however you continued to insist on confirming pricing. Once pricing was communicated you chose not to proceed and your order was promptly cancelled and your deposit was fully refunded. We would also like to address your comments regarding hypothetical situations and pricing and practices. King O'Rourke prides itself on transparency and honesty when it comes to pricing. Insinuating we would capitalize on such circumstances is inaccurate and does not reflect our business practices. We would find it best if you purchased your vehicles elsewhere going forward.

You’re incorrect, I would never go into a deal with the “pricing not yet determined”. Mike specifically said all V series orders are sold at MSRP. It is not my fault he did not get the memo on the magnus frost being a limited color. Plus the signed buyers order would have specifically been written “ PRICING TBD”, which it did not. All pricing are already announced by GM, and listed on the build/price site, but the limited quantities being built was information was recently given, so it was management option to wanting charge OVER MSRP. If your pricing was clearly communicated, we would have not gotten as far as we did, with a buyers order signed and a deposit. Right it took 9 days to refund a deposit you took in 1 day. Either way this is a public forum for future, current or past customers, for my opinion to beware of your business practices. You can have your opinion on the situation, but I clearly have text message proof, and if anyone would like to see it before doing business with king o rouke dealership, just message me. In the end, it was my choice not to do business with you not the other way around, due to your unfair business practices on increasing price on a vehicle after a deal/buyers order has already been made. Again BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP TO CHANGING YOUR DEAL AFTER A DEAL HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE.
