Scratched my truck while in for service. I brought t to the service advisers attention and she accused me of trying to scam the dealership. So long GMC. Brought my 25 sierra 1500 for oil change tire rotation and system updates. Truck has 7,500 miles on it. When service was completed I drove he and then noticed scratches along the chrome trim on the driver and system updates. Truck has 7,500 miles on it. When service was completed I drove he and then noticed scratches along the chrome trim on the driver's door just above the door handle. I called the service rep and emailed a picture of the scratches. I contacted them the next day and was told by the service rep the scratches were old and how dare I try to take advantage of the dealership.. We'll back to doing my own oil changes. Avoid this dealership. More
