In 40 plus years of buying vehicles, for the first time I can truly say I did not go to a "dealership" and meet the "salesman" Instead I ended up at King O'Rourke. There they make you feel at home. Evan again was not the stereotypical "salesman" he was a transparent, honest and respectful gentleman who truly cared about helping me make such a large decision with no pressure. Walking in the last thing I expected to do was leave in a new car, but after meeting Evan who's knowledge of the vehicles is incomparable to any salesman I have met. To sum it up : go see Evan, and see why I will never be going to any other dealer or salesman. More

In April of 2023 we went on vacation for a week and came home to a dead 2022 Yukon purchased from this dealer. We contacted the dealer to inquire being this didn’t make sense happening to a brand new vehicl home to a dead 2022 Yukon purchased from this dealer. We contacted the dealer to inquire being this didn’t make sense happening to a brand new vehicle. We had heard from another dealership locally that there was a recall regarding battery drainage but it wasn’t “vin specific”. When we contacted king orourke the person we spoke with had no answers for us as there was no “bin specific” recall for our vehicle and told me to “take to the other dealer then” the customer service was horrible and our concerns were dismissed. We ended up having to buy a new battery out of pocket costing over $300. Fast forward to now, the recall letter was sent a few months ago, and we made the appt to have the update completed to care for said battery drain issue. We inquired with management to have some sort of compensation regarding the out of pocket cost and were again dismissed. The dealership claimed “your battery is fine” - yea, obviously. We paid to have a new one put in before we were formally notified about the recall. I really didn’t think we were asking much, floor mats. Something. But instead we were spoken to with zero patience or understanding. Poor customer service all around. More
