Both of these guys went above and beyond and were incredibly nice. Even now, 2 weeks after the purchase, Jose the finance guy, helped me with my autopay and some loan questions. Plus, he's funny as xxxx. And Luis is informative without being pushy and applying pressure - something no one wants to feel in a car lot. I recommend this dealership to anyone when searching for a car. Thanks guys. More

Richard made the entire experience smooth and incredibly easy. He has a way about him that can put a troubled mind at ease. He went well above and beyond to not only get me into a vehicle in a short period of time, but he also did everything possible to work with my down payment and keep my monthly payments affordable. Richard said he's been doing this for years and it was very apparent given his knowledge and easygoing nature. I can't recommend King Richards Auto Center and Richard G enough! The entire buying process was xxxx, completley unprofessional, its like they've never sold a car before. After the process was "complete" and they got my money, i got the keys, I dropped my car of unprofessional, its like they've never sold a car before. After the process was "complete" and they got my money, i got the keys, I dropped my car off at King Richards Auto to get the brakes done after 2 days of having it because they were so bad also the passenger side vents only blew extremely hot air and they ended up keeping my car without communicating for almost 20 days, yes roughly 17 days constantly saying ill get it back "maybe tomorrow, maybe the day after" mind you, they were done fixing my brakes after the 2nd day. On the 16th day they told me they would have to keep the car until the end of the month!(another 22 days!!!) because they misread my insurance policy. After i said that was ridiculous and that I want my money back ill just go somewhere else they said i could pick it up the next day... interesting. Like i said its like they've never sold a car before. On top of all of that after the car had been on their lot for nearly 20 days the owner (Mr. King Richard himself) only changed my front rotors and pads, didnt even have the decency to do the back brakes as well or even just a free cleaning even though the 30 day warranty was still in effect, also after the 17 days they held my car they still didnt register the vehicle to my name which they made me wait another day so they could renew the dealer plates that expired now that is what i call cheap and xxxx poor service. They absolutely dropped the ball multiple times and didnt even have any remorse as if they were doing me a favor. I was forced to use Uber many times throughout this process to get to and from work and they provided NO COMPENSATION they even had the audacity to say none of it was their fault. 100% the worst experience of my life dealing with this dealer. They were full of empty promises and negligance. I do not reccomend anyone to have any business with this dealer. More
