Crooked-Ripoff artists-horrible Rating should be no stars, but that is not an option on this site.Agreed on a car and it's price...gave a cash deposit....signed papers....went home b Rating should be no stars, but that is not an option on this site.Agreed on a car and it's price...gave a cash deposit....signed papers....went home before deciding on how we would finance/pay...in about 2 hours got a call that they "made a mistake" on the price and "flip-flopped" their internet price with the showroom price. They were trying to rip us off because their computer print out of their inventory and the tag dangling from the car's rear-view mirror both reflected the agreed upon price. I said I'd call them back. My wife wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so she went on the internet & checked their ratings/reviews. Too many other people had the same price jacking experience. Too many people commented of experiences about the car having problems and no remedy given to honor warranty. Too many people commented about being treated with rudeness, especially by the owner, whenever their was a problem with their vehicle.. We hot footed it down there unannounced to go get our deposit back. When we showed up, the sales person, Kyle Cunningham was red-faced , humiliated, embarrassed, and exhibited the common mannerisms of one caught as guilty. He was caught in a lie that his superiors no-doubt make him try to get away with for the sake of lining their pockets. Hopefully he gets out of there and gets away from that place so he is not infected with their dishonesty. Finally the owner came over to us agitated, red-faced and in a rude manner threw our refund money at us down on the desk saying "this is not how I do business." Come to find out that he is a boorish man that makes his employees cal him"king." This is the kind of place that other people, including dealerships say that it's "one and done", that if you ever buy a car from them, you never will again.Any positive reviews they have are either false, family members or naive people with no clue that they are being ripped off. We will be sharing our experience with everybody we know. It is amazing how they managed to stay in business so long. Next step is lodging complaints at the AG's office & BBB. Stay away! More
