Hi my name is Troy Nolte General manager and Owner of both Findlay-Nolte Honda and Cliff Findlay auto center. We participate in the DealerRater Certified dealer program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to me, through this program we have the opportunity to work with you th resolve any issues with your experience at the dealership. I can only say that Mr. Bob Best our salesmen had some very seriouse medical issues at this time and it must of put him in a fowl mood, which is no excuse to treat customers in this manner. The sales manager now is no longer with us. I am happy you at least got acceptible treatment at my Honda store. You would think salesmen would treat every customer great! as they do not get paid if they do not sell any cars and you will not sell cars treating customers in such a fashion. I would like to make up the time wasted while on our lot in some way so if you would contact me I will be happy to discuss it with you. As far as price is concerened we constantly are roaming the internet checking out the competition and pricing our car accordingly I really cannot say why the Manager chose this tactic with you but we are very motivated to sell cars and will do everything we can to accomplish that including selling cars at greatly discounted prices. I hope you are loving your Honda and I hope you will give me the chance to renue your confidence in us at the Auto center.
