i live in Las Vegas, NV and after making the deal thru a friend of mine with the Kingman Honda dealership everything went according to plan. When he arrived he was very personable and took the time to explain all the paperwork details, he never appeared to be in a hurry. After going over and explaining the paperwork with my husband and I we went to look at the car:) He showed me everything and programmed everything on my phone with my car that he was able to. He was very easy to deal with and extremely patient, we spent 2.5 hours in my car going over everything he could think of. He made sure we had his business card and pointed out his cell #, he told me to call him with any questions no matter how small and he would take the time to help me. I have called him twice and each time we spoke he was more helpful then the last time. i was very impressed with Cody Quinn and felt comftrable asking him for any additional information. Appointment was on time, start to finish. Service writer was courteous. Waiting room was well stocked and comfortable. All employees I had contact with were friendly. These folks are all really friendly.
