Salesman Joe Canez was very good. I have been in touch with Joe for about 5 months looking for a new CRV. He kept me updated every time a new car came on the lot. Took my 2018 acura in to their maint shop as said they could fix my issue. After multiple weeks & them charging me for a $560 part that didnt fix my car, I had to take my car to another dealership & have could fix my issue. Had to pay Kingman Honda $1600 & left with still a non-working car. When asked if they would at least reimburse me for the part that they said to purchase & did not fix problem, they said they could give me $300 shop credit which does me no good as live nearly an hour from their dealership. They did cut me a $300 check but even getting that was like pulling teeth. Thought after mis diagnosing my car on 2 separate occasions, you would think dealership would have made the situation better & at least reimbursed for part but they didnt. Would not recommend & will not be going back after this situation. More
I have worked for Honda for 7 years. Never have i been so disrespected and lied to by a service advisor like I was by Eric and the service manager at this dealership. If your A/C is broken do not let him tell you your freon evaporated through the aluminum because it is a pourus metal. That is a lie. We took it in to Kingman Honda get it fixed because we spoke with the service manager who said to bring it in and they said there was nothing wrong with it. They must have threw a little freon in it and sent us on our way because 20 miles down the road it is blowing hot air again. We called and they refuse to work on the car. Yes, corporate has been called. Not that they will do much but it is sad that Kingman Honda has employees that would treat customers with such disregard. You would also think that the managers at Kingman Honda would step up and help but Eric stated that his boss agrees that we are not welcome there. Now we are stranded with no air conditioning. My mom just had quadrupal heart surgery and my dad just had cancer surgery. They cannot travel 152 miles home without air conditioning in their car. By the way, their car is a 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid with extended warranty/ Honda Care. More
