quote did not match actual cost When we called around for a quote on our car issue, we decided to stick with the Jeep dealership as they had the best quote. When we dropped the car When we called around for a quote on our car issue, we decided to stick with the Jeep dealership as they had the best quote. When we dropped the car off, the new quote was drastically different. We were originally told 4-5 hours labor, but actually it was 8-10 hours labor. This doubled our cost which in turn had us take away some of the work we were going to have done. We were extremely disappointed to not get all of our work done, and the fact that the work cost twice as much as it was supposed to cost. We were unable to go elsewhere as we scheduled during a time that we could be without the car. The company was not apologetic enough or offered to help with the cost. I am left with a car that still needs to be fixed but I am unable to afford it due to the double cost of the original fix. I feel as if they should have at least met us half way since they were responsible for the misquote. This was not done. My car still beeps at me all day long and it will not be fixed. The original quote would have allowed for the repair but their mistake is my loss. More

Great Tune Up I took my 2013 Jeep Patriot in for its 60,000 check-up on 12/29/15. Service department processed me through very quickly and professionally, then prov I took my 2013 Jeep Patriot in for its 60,000 check-up on 12/29/15. Service department processed me through very quickly and professionally, then provided me shuttle transportation first to a local restaurant for breakfast, then home while waiting for my car to be serviced. The work on my Jeep was finished earlier than expected and I was offered another free shuttle to pick up my car. When I drove home that afternoon, it was very apparent that my car's performance was greatly improved. Seemed like brand new car again!!! I definitely recommend King's Jeep for the purchase of a new or used vehicle, and for service for as long as you own your Jeep. More
