Reset oil change button They did forget to reset the time for oil change button. That sound and looking at the message center is very aggravating. Some good and Some bad I only gave 2 stars because I was told I was getting 4 new GOODYEAR tires but when I went to pick up vehicle there was FIRESTONE tires on it instead.. I only gave 2 stars because I was told I was getting 4 new GOODYEAR tires but when I went to pick up vehicle there was FIRESTONE tires on it instead....not cool. I also needed something done to my air filter, either a new one or cleaning the existing one, and I was told that I had to clean it myself...also not cool. Finally I told them to check my battery and alternator because of my stereo system and was told everything was fine. when I picked up vehicle my jeep needed to be jumped started. The good is that my jeep is running good except for the coolant light keeps coming on and was told it is probably due to my alarm system? More

Easiest car buying experience I HATE buying cars. However my recent experience with the Kings Dodge dealership was an unexpected pleasure. Working with Chad Johnson and Brandon Coh I HATE buying cars. However my recent experience with the Kings Dodge dealership was an unexpected pleasure. Working with Chad Johnson and Brandon Cohen couldn't have been any easier. Saw the car online, negotiated the deal with Chad, test drove the car and bought it! The personnel at Kings Dodge were friendly, professional and willing to work with me. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone who hates pushy car salesman and dealerships. Disappointed in the Sales Person- Love the vehicle I drove the Jeep off the lot with the Parking light lit on the dash. I forgot my garage door opener in my vehicle causing me to make another trip to t I drove the Jeep off the lot with the Parking light lit on the dash. I forgot my garage door opener in my vehicle causing me to make another trip to the dealership, a 30 minute drive for me. Derek was very nice and brought the garage door opener to me while I was in my car. I ask him why the light was lit and he said he did not know. After talking to my Dad, he said he should have known the light lit means it needs serviced. Sure enough, now Parking Brake needs service message is displaying on my screen. The Jeep should have been serviced before I drove it off the lot and wasn't. I called Derek to inform him what the light meant and he more or less said you will need to bring it in for service. No apology. I work during the week and bringing my vehicle there during the week is a big inconvenience. I made an appointment to visit Jeep/Voss dealership in Centerville on Monday since they are close to my work location. Love the vehicle but I am concerned something is wrong with the parking brake. Please train the sales person so he knows for future customers. Also, he did not explain what all the buttons operate, the locking system or radio perks etc. .. Derek is very nice but he should not have sold the car with a service alert on it. More
