I let them know exactly what my Jeep's breaks were doing. I also asked them to adjust my emergency break. I was called and told my Jeep was finished. I asked what they found out with my break pedal. They told me the service tech did not find anything wrong with my Jeep and my emergency break was fine as well. I have been around cars all my life. I know when something is wrong with my car. If my Jeep was not under the manufacturer warranty we would do the work ourselves. I also did not like how the service man talked down to me. Just because I'm a women does not mean I don't know anything about cars. More
A pleasure returning to Kings CJD I have bought many cars from this dealership and they will work with you. They even found me a rebate that we didn't know about when the papers were I have bought many cars from this dealership and they will work with you. They even found me a rebate that we didn't know about when the papers were signed. The called me the next day and had me come in to re-sign the papers with the rebate applied. And it was worth it. No Appointments, Really? Took the minivan in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told there were only two cars ahead in the "express" service. not great, sub par, all in all kinda disapointed i doubt that I will returning to your dealership without looking around first, no offense. my reasons are this: 1. while I work in blue ash and you i doubt that I will returning to your dealership without looking around first, no offense. my reasons are this: 1. while I work in blue ash and you are 2 miles closer to any other jeep dealership, the traffic and congestion around exit 19 and the automall is just a little more than I care to deal with. while it's convenient for many who live north of 275, for me... not my cup of tea. 2. while you can't control location you can control dirty hands getting some sort of fluid (I'm assuming oil) on my outside door handle, inside door, parking brake, shift nob and steering wheel. it was bad. thankfully I had a towel in my center console to wipe off my hands and vehicle. while your waiting room was nice, the people were professional, and my car came back quick from it's oil change I'm probably going to look at other dealerships before I decide where I will be regularly taking my jeep that I purchased up in Columbus. on a final note, I thought I had purchased a maintenance plan but we never told why my oil change wasn't covered. it's only $40 so I really could care less but I would have enjoyed an explanation. perhaps i'll get one elsewhere next time. regards, michael More

Not impressed I pulled up to service center and I couldn't even tell you who helped me, he didn't introduce himself, wasn't rude but wasn't friendly. The tv was in some awful channel that was boring the xxxx out of the customers, when I was done the other guy at the desk who also didn't introduce himself didn't go over my of what was done, didn't check my tires, brakes literally just did an oil change and rushed me out.
