The whole process from the trade in to the delivery of the Durango was smooth and simple. Brandon in finance was fast and courteous. He answered all our questions and did a good job of explaining extended waranties and financing terms. We had a very good experience. More
5 times and not sure if problem is fixed I purchased a 2013 Avenger from KDCJ in July 2013. (10 miles) July 2015 I started having problems. (18,466 miles) The check engine light came on. The I purchased a 2013 Avenger from KDCJ in July 2013. (10 miles) July 2015 I started having problems. (18,466 miles) The check engine light came on. The code it read was P0300. Random multiple misfires. The next several months it was in the service dept 4 times for the same problem. During this time the computer was updated, then replaced, the 6th cylinder was losing pressure, the head and gaskets were replaced. The powertrain control module and crankshaft modules were replaced. After the 4th time I decided to file arbitration with NCDS. I lost. Dodge's main point was the vehicle gets me from point A to point B without breaking down/leaving me stranded. 1 week after arbitration was settled I had to take it in again for the same issue. I forgot to mention the fan blower motor needed to be replaced. (20,000 miles). It went out Labor Day weekend--great time to not have the air working in the car. Last week I decided I had enough and was trading it in. I purchased a 2016 Journey. If this one gives me any trouble I am done with Dodge for life. I would like to say during my ordeal Mark Pittman was wonderful to work with. If it wasn't for him, I would have taken my business someplace else. More

Long day but rewarding in the end Upon arrival at the dealership we had to find a sales person. Rob Haas stepped up to help us and worked hard to get us where we needed to be. We had not contact with anyone except Rob. We did get our financing outside the dealership so the services of Ron Choudhury were not required. However we were required to sit with him for 45 minutes to listen to the options about extended warranty etc. At this point, after being in the dealership for 7 hours working on the right vehicle, the right price, the right financing, etc I was not necessarily in the mood for more information. However, we left and were happy with the overall experience. More

Dart Deliverance My Dart ran terrible, it had been that way so long that I assumed it was typical of the model. When I got a message on the Heads Up Display to service My Dart ran terrible, it had been that way so long that I assumed it was typical of the model. When I got a message on the Heads Up Display to service the transmission, I was ready to trade the junker in! These guys ran some diagnostics after replacing a modulator and found issues with the PCB and reflashed the drives. WOW! This thing has never run so good! I love this car, I couldn't stay our of it all weekend. My wife wants me to drive the Ram to work and leave the Dart home for her. Thanks, guys, I feel like I got a new car! More
