Subpar communication I usually stay away from dealership repair due to high cost and I hadn't been to one in a long time. My car had been stalling out and had a few people codes in the system (evaporated leak,ckp sensor). I got "tricked" instead of treated On 10/31, I took my cherokee to Kings Jeep for an oil change. Wanted to get all the recalls done at the same time but was not able. The guy from servi On 10/31, I took my cherokee to Kings Jeep for an oil change. Wanted to get all the recalls done at the same time but was not able. The guy from service department told me to come back on Thursday to finish all recalls. My husband and I were asking him what time I should come for that appointment. He told me "anytime". Today (11/5 Thursday), I came for my "anytime appointment" and was told by the same person that I have no appointment and he has never seen me. Basically he was calling me a liar!!! If that is not bad enough, he proceeded to argue with me when I had been nothing but nice at first. He felt arguing was better instead of doing anything to fix the issue. Way to represent Jeep!! All I was looking for was a time to come back and get the needed work done. I guess that was too hard of a request. I even requested to see the camera footage at one point. Spoiler alert!! the footage showing the conversation was missing!! HOW CONVENIENT! I love my jeep but have been nothing but disappointed from the moment I have ordered my Jeep. The staff here have failed to satisfy the smallest need. My husband was planning on going to get a wrangler from them next year. I will not let my husband buy a stick of gum from this place at this point. Please take your hard earned money somewhere they value the money you spend and you customer experience! More
