2006 Jeep Commander sold with hidden issues ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! I bought a 2006 Jeep Commander I went to a Jeep dealer to buy a Jeep because I expect a little more than just buying fro DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! I bought a 2006 Jeep Commander I went to a Jeep dealer to buy a Jeep because I expect a little more than just buying from any "used car lot" I bought the Jeep in February 2 mths the lights interior and exterior flash on and off without warning which makes it interesting when driving at night. The door handle one day I went to get out of the car and it cracked as if it had been broken and fixed before. The BEST and my Favorite was riding down the road and a guy yells hey stop something fell off your truck. The spare tire underneath falls off in the middle of the road thank GOD no one was behind me it's a full size ready to mount tire that if I had been on the expressway driving at a high speed this could have done serious maybe fatal damage. The cable was frayed. When I asked if they inspected it I was told they just HIT it and if its tight they don't have a need to inspect further! REALLY!!!! They wanted to charge me $370 to fix it and said they would offer ad 30% discount!!! I looked the part up it's $170 and takes about 30 mins to fix if that! The electrical I was told they couldn't find anything even though I have video of the lights doing it they said we would not be able to locate the issue unless it was doing it. LIE! My boyfriend's cousin has a tool and was able to tell that there is a short in the light wiring. I HATE MY JEEP! I TELL EVERYONE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS DEALER and I know it's not going to cause them any financial stress but if I can stop 1 person and they can stop 1 and so on then I'll be happy with that! The very least they could do since I've only had the truck for 8 months is offer to fix everything at their cost. More

The car was just as described, over the phone, with Calvin. We were coming from No Ky and he personally checked the vehicle and described it before we drove over. It was spotless as described. When we picked it up, it was clean and shiny. My only complaint was Service didn't fill the gas up (1/4 tank) but Calvin will get us gas when we go back - not sure when we will get back yet though. Although I did not explicitly state what I was looking for, answering two questions led me straight to the car I picked out on the dealership's website before I made the trip to the dealership. Gary took it out for a test drive with me, and was personable in the car and during negotiations, refraining from pressuring me into buying the vehicle until we agreed on a fair price, at which point I got the "this offer only stands until tomorrow" closer. Some shoppers might be put off by the pressure to close the deal at that point, but I was happy to give Gary my business. Brandon was nice enough and worked to help me get the vehicle financed. His personality is quite a bit more colorful and flamboyant than my salesperson, but nice enough to work with nonetheless. He tried pretty hard to overcome my objections to finance add-ons like gap coverage and warranties, so I commend him for the effort, but it was a bit annoying. Overall, it was the best experience I had at a dealership out of the dozen or so I visited that week. Gary is incredibly personable and I was happy to let him earn the commission on my sale. More
