I ask about putting on lift so I could check Mr. Harris told me of 12 point check list and how they make sure of the quality of the used cars. The transmission was slipping immediately when I inquired about help having it fixed they gave me reason to believe that they would help after over 30 days of run around they said sounded like I could get fixed cheaper on my own. I have the paper work showing the car was there long enough that they knew of problems and that listed a different year so I wouldn't know of the existing transmission problems for this year explorer. They will sell a lemon and lie to make sure you don't cancel your payment. More
