Although I did not explicitly state what I was looking for, answering two questions led me straight to the car I picked out on the dealership's website before I made the trip to the dealership. Gary took it out for a test drive with me, and was personable in the car and during negotiations, refraining from pressuring me into buying the vehicle until we agreed on a fair price, at which point I got the "this offer only stands until tomorrow" closer. Some shoppers might be put off by the pressure to close the deal at that point, but I was happy to give Gary my business. Brandon was nice enough and worked to help me get the vehicle financed. His personality is quite a bit more colorful and flamboyant than my salesperson, but nice enough to work with nonetheless. He tried pretty hard to overcome my objections to finance add-ons like gap coverage and warranties, so I commend him for the effort, but it was a bit annoying. Overall, it was the best experience I had at a dealership out of the dozen or so I visited that week. Gary is incredibly personable and I was happy to let him earn the commission on my sale. More

When I showed up to test drive the car they said someone else was there to buy the ford so keep test drive short. I ask about putting on lift so I could check Mr. Harris told me of 12 point check list and how they make sure of the quality of the used cars. The transmission was slipping immediately when I inquired about help having it fixed they gave me reason to believe that they would help after over 30 days of run around they said sounded like I could get fixed cheaper on my own. I have the paper work showing the car was there long enough that they knew of problems and that listed a different year so I wouldn't know of the existing transmission problems for this year explorer. They will sell a lemon and lie to make sure you don't cancel your payment. More

Unable to fix problems without multiple trips and payments We have a sensor failure in a 2006 Jeep Commander. This is a known problem with this model. We replaced the sensor and within 5 days it failed again. Now we are looking at replacing a computer in the vehicle for an additional $3,000.00 on top of the already $800.00 I've paid. We bring the Jeep in regularly for service and this is just too much. No one is willing/able to check the electric they simply want the big dollar items and as a result have lost my business. We purchased a Ford F150 Platinum on 10/14/2015 rather than continue with Jeep. More
