Velcro repair on a $35,000 vehicle w/ 5k miles . . . I brought my 2014 300S in for a hard shifting transmission and a squeaking seat. The solution for the seat was to affix Velcro to the seat so it doesn't rub the console any longer...really? (it didn't work - still rubbing/squeaking). The transmission was re-flashed although it did not improve the issue in the least (still "slamming" into 3rd gear). The appointment process was acceptable but when I dropped the vehicle off the night before my service appointment, I never received a call the next day to confirm that my vehicle had been brought in or that work had even started. Chanel was pleasant enough when I did speak with her but I'm obviously less than satisfied with the overall service experience. More

poor business practices i just had the displeasure of working with a dealer named Gary Warman. I drove to see a car I had been in contact with him about for days. I get to the dealer, get the car, test drive it, and decide I liked it enough to take it to a mechanic just outside the dealership. I get a diagnostic for the car only to find out by him calling me on my cell phone that he had sold the car while I had it. I had to pay for the diagnostic check anyway and return the car. I get there obviously upset and he tells me he had no commitment, even though he had called while I was waiting in the shop to tell me someone else was interested and told me it was fine since I had the car first and I informed him that I was indeed very interested. He then said it was first come first serve. I would think by me being there first, being in the car, and being at the mechanic would be first come first serve. He said I would be reimbursed via check for the diagnostic and we left. I will be letting everyone know of these greedy shady business practices. More
