No such thing as EXPRESS Oil Change!!!!!! I came in for an EXPRESS oil change. It is not "express" when you are told it is an hour and a half to a two hour wait and have to leave and come bac I came in for an EXPRESS oil change. It is not "express" when you are told it is an hour and a half to a two hour wait and have to leave and come back another day! I don't appreciate being told that I need to come on a particular day at a particular time to take advantage of the express line. It doesn't make getting free oil changes worth very much when I can't come in at MY convenience. If you can't keep up with the number of cars coming in then stop advertising express oil changes. When I bought my jeep I was told they would hook up the UConnect the next day, turns out the car isn't even equipped with that option and I was then told it would be $2,000 to install it. Three weeks after, I had to trade paint with a street sign or be leveled by a very large truck. Mirror broke and side scratched to xxxx. Happened two miles from dealer, so I went over there. They guys who helped with the purchase were very concerned and I could tell they are going to try and help us as much as possible with the repairs stage.
