No detailing I called to get an oil change, tires rotated, detailing service. This dealership is where I bought my car but not the closest to my home. I chose to drive 40 minutes because of the detail service. When I get there, I was informed that detailing is not available. I specifically made the appointment for the detail service because my local dealer does not offer it. I could have stayed in my hometown, I did not need to drive 40 minutes to get the same service I could get in my local Chrysler dealer. I won't be back. Annoying and certainly a waste of my money! I have no idea who I dealt with in Service. Mike was my salesman when I purchased my vehicle. He was excellent! More

excellent super good experience, I needed to find out if my timing belt had been changed at the 105 k maintenance schedule , The mechanic took of the cover and super good experience, I needed to find out if my timing belt had been changed at the 105 k maintenance schedule , The mechanic took of the cover and showed me that it had been replaced, It did not show on the service records but know I know I all is fine.
