I called and complain to manager he didn't even ask was there anything they could do to win my business. that's when I told him that's why I go to kings. my salesman leonard harris was great. he went over and beyond to make things happen. I was disappointed though to find out you discontinued the lifetime oil changes. its an incentive to come back. in the past I have gone in for a oil change and walked out with a new car. hope you will bring that back. but over all the service is great. kings is not close to me but its worth the drive to get treated like royalty.
