Good Service - WiFi needs fixed I Came in Early 7am for an Oil Change, service was Great. Got in and out in about the amount of time I expected. My only complaint is the last two times I have been in for an Oil Change (November 2016 and March 2017) Your Wi-Fi had not been working properly. I could connect to wifi but the internet was not working. I know how to connect to Wi-Fi, the issue was not my device. I have used the wifi at your location several times. Lately it has not been functioning well. Normally when I come in, I bring my laptop so I can work remotely. I let your staff know about this issue, they verified there was a problem. They said they couldn't do anything because the staff that could fix it did not come in until 9am. They were kind and I understood their issue. It seems like you need new WiFi or at least train early morning staff on how to correct this issue. Thanks More

Average service Using the express lane service, I was able to get a free oil change per my initial purchase agreement. I also included a tire rotation service for $2 Using the express lane service, I was able to get a free oil change per my initial purchase agreement. I also included a tire rotation service for $25.00, which is bit high priced but at least convenient. The service associate was reasonably courteous but was disinterested in other questions I had regarding radio console issues I have experienced. I just told me to make another appointment for that issue. The initial estimated time for the oil change and rotation was less than 1 hour. Over two hours and fifteen minutes later, the service was finished. They found a small nail in a tire (thankfully still holding air) for $45.00 with an estimated time of 45 minutes. I declined. I had the tire repaired on the way home at another shop for $30.00 in about 15 minutes. Overall I would not recommend this facility unlesss you have plenty of time on your hands. In fairness, they could have just been having a bad day. The morale at the whole facility seemed to be down for some reason. More

OIL CHANGED--PARTS PURCHASED On as Saturday morning I had an oil change and had to inquire about some touch up paint. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Since I bought my Je On as Saturday morning I had an oil change and had to inquire about some touch up paint. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Since I bought my Jeep from Kings there was no charge so I can't comment on price but will say I appreciate the perk. I did visit the parts department and considering it was 7am on a Saturday, I received prompt and pleasant service. They had my color in stock and the price was not unreasonable. Thank You More
