I submitted a request to be contacted about the vehicle and received a call within 10 minutes by a very nice young lady who scheduled an appointment for us to see and test drive the van an hour later (early afternoon). We arrived at the dealership to find that the appointment was set with used car sales manager and we were passed off to Mike, a sales associate. We took the van for a test drive, liked it and agreed to purchase it. This all took about 30 minutes. We explained that we only had about another hour before needing to leave to pick up children from school. Amazingly, at that point Mike seemed to slip in to slow-motion. He started telling lots of stories while slowly working through the financing. My wife's credit union was doing the financing, but Mike would not get the process moving so that they could be contacted before closing. My wife called the CU directly and the officer agreed to stay to facilitate this. Since it was my wife's credit union, she needed to stay at sign the paperwork. It had already been over 1 1/2 hours, so I had to leave to pick up children waiting at school. I reminded Mike that my wife had a work event to get to and then left. At that point things slowed down even more. The dealership could not locate the correct papers, and lots of stories were told while they figured things out. Once the papers were in order (2 1/2 hours after agreeing to buy the van) my wife was sent to the finance manager to "finalize" the documents. Instead of giving her the papers to sign, he spent over a 1/2 hour to trying to bully her into purchasing an extended warranty. With every "no" he tried a different tactic including questioning the quality of our purchase and suggesting that we "protect ourselves". By this time my wife was already late to her work event, and the dealership still showed no interest in letting her go. When she was finally able to sign the papers, she was then given a tour of the service department while they "cleaned up" the van. She finally left 4 hours after we had gotten there. The outside of the van was dirty and it had less than 1/2 tank of gas. I have never in my life dealt with an organization so completely uncaring of a client's time and needs. Add to that the finance manager's tactics with my wife - there is no way he would have even attempted that crap with me. Once I left her they saw my wife as a target because she is a woman. Having already pre-selected the vehicle, I would have expected an quick and easy sales process. Clearly no such thing at Kings Chrysler/Dodge. Disrespectful - Overbearing - Sexist. I definitely would not recommend this dealership - ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. More

Absolutely Great I had been dragging my feet on purchasing a new vehicle. I had been searching for a while but then just decided to stop because every car was starting I had been dragging my feet on purchasing a new vehicle. I had been searching for a while but then just decided to stop because every car was starting to look the same. I guess my husband got sick of seeing my sad face and forced me to go over to Kings and that I was not to leave until there was a car in the works. And there it was! Michael Hartman, our sales person, was absolutely great. To the point him and Jordan Jraisat gave me the best deal ever. I didn't even get to make a cup of coffee and Michael was congratulating me on being a new car owner. The staff at Kings Dodge Chrysler Jeep were extremely friendly and really made me and my husband feel like we were the priority. They really worked to ensure we were satisfied from beginning to end. Would we buy again from Kings Dodge?? Absolutely!!! So if you are in the market for a vehicle go see the wonderful family at Kings Dodge. Thank you Kings Dodge for making my experience an enjoyable one. Sincerely, 'The Happy Driver of A C300 Sport' More

I asked for the brakes to be checked out, since I was 99.99% sure they needed to be replaced. The service coordinator was quick to communicate that the rear brakes did in fact need to be replaced. The oil change and brake replacement took less than 2 hours, which I felt was a quick turn around on a Saturday. Everyone was very friendly and professional! More

The only issue was with the cashier at the end of the sale. I believe her name was Debbie. She showed the poorest level of customer service I have ever experienced service. We were ready to put 4000 down on the car, when we walked up she said I can't help you i'm on lunch (her attitude was so nasty the way she said it) and then walked off. She didn't attempt to find someone to help us. It took at least 20 mins or more before someone was able to help. She needs to find a new job! Debbie you almost lost your company money! If it wasn't for our salesman I would have left and went else where. Also some guy in service attempted (Scott?) to help us but ended up treating us like we were criminals. We asked to test drive the car while we waited on Andrie. The service guy wanted me to get full coverage on the car before I could test drive the car. I have never in my life heard of that. He needs to stay in his department or someone might need to let him know how things work. More
