Out fo Town Emergency I was traveling from Indy to Cincy when my check engine light came on and my DEF warning came on to tell me I had 100 Miles to go before reducing to 5 I was traveling from Indy to Cincy when my check engine light came on and my DEF warning came on to tell me I had 100 Miles to go before reducing to 5MPH. Kings was a mile from where I was heading and just under the 100 mile limit I had. I called ahead and told them my dilemma and they were ready for me. The problem was a recall, and even though they have normally had to get the part overnighted they drove to another dealer in town to get it and had me fixed and out the door by 2:00. Very grateful that I didn't have to rent a car or get a hotel. More

Long waits Monday at 2:30 is not the time to go in as they advertise an "express" center and it takes over 2 hours for an oil change. My time may be worth taking it to somewhere I have to pay for it rather than wait that long or do it myself, but when I bought the car there they acted like they were giving me a deal by throwing free oil changes in.
