Out fo Town Emergency I was traveling from Indy to Cincy when my check engine light came on and my DEF warning came on to tell me I had 100 Miles to go before reducing to 5 I was traveling from Indy to Cincy when my check engine light came on and my DEF warning came on to tell me I had 100 Miles to go before reducing to 5MPH. Kings was a mile from where I was heading and just under the 100 mile limit I had. I called ahead and told them my dilemma and they were ready for me. The problem was a recall, and even though they have normally had to get the part overnighted they drove to another dealer in town to get it and had me fixed and out the door by 2:00. Very grateful that I didn't have to rent a car or get a hotel. More

Bob has a down to earth no nonsense approach to selling and that is how I approach buying so we worked well together. The only issue was with the cashier at the end of the sale. I believe her name was Debbie. She showed the poorest level of customer service I have ever experienced service. We were ready to put 4000 down on the car, when we walked up she said I can't help you i'm on lunch (her attitude was so nasty the way she said it) and then walked off. She didn't attempt to find someone to help us. It took at least 20 mins or more before someone was able to help. She needs to find a new job! Debbie you almost lost your company money! If it wasn't for our salesman I would have left and went else where. Also some guy in service attempted (Scott?) to help us but ended up treating us like we were criminals. We asked to test drive the car while we waited on Andrie. The service guy wanted me to get full coverage on the car before I could test drive the car. I have never in my life heard of that. He needs to stay in his department or someone might need to let him know how things work. More

Long waits Monday at 2:30 is not the time to go in as they advertise an "express" center and it takes over 2 hours for an oil change. My time may be worth taking it to somewhere I have to pay for it rather than wait that long or do it myself, but when I bought the car there they acted like they were giving me a deal by throwing free oil changes in. This was a big decision as we were very happy with the Wrangler Unlimited We recently purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Kings Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. This was a big decision as we were very happy with the Wrangler Unlimited we were driving. We decided we wanted the luxury and comfort of the Grand Cherokee. Our salesperson was Mike Nolan and he couldn't have been more helpful. He didn't use any high pressure tactics and he was very patient with our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep products and we were very comfortable working with him. We settled on a 2017 Grand Cherokee Summit. Overall, it was a painless and pleasant experience! More
