Less than normal 1. appointment available two weeks later, while other dealership immediate (I had to drive malfunctioning chrysler 200 for two weeks, with risk) 1. No answering to my 4 times phone calls before visit on the day 2. Paid for flat tire fix but found flat again 2 hours later (Mechanic insisted the tire flat again because of sensor????? does it make sense?) 3. Explained I had warranty for replacement of tire pressure sensor, but replied I had to pay because it was not covered (finally, they found it was covered after unnecessary struggle) People said Chrysler was worst. Now I guess it is because of bad service, not only because of the product. More
