These guys will have you waiting weeks, if not months, for service. Their service dept doesn’t speak to the parts dept. The GM needs to focus on SERVICE and COMMUNICATION. Have had my new very expensive R for service. Their service dept doesn’t speak to the parts dept. The GM needs to focus on SERVICE and COMMUNICATION. Have had my new very expensive Rubicon in once and not fixed and STILL waiting for them to fix. Find another dealer that has a concern for customer service and customer satisfaction, because these guys don’t give a crap about you. More

They lost out on a $50k car....went in wanting to build a 2021 Challenger Scat Pack. They guy would not even price one out for me because he said it would take 6-8 months. Called Zimmer in Florence. They wer 2021 Challenger Scat Pack. They guy would not even price one out for me because he said it would take 6-8 months. Called Zimmer in Florence. They were awesome. Ordered on the 20th of May, car was built and delivered on the 4th of June, drove it home on June 5th. On top of that, Kings gave me wrong info on manufacture rebates. Horrible service, your loss Kings. Go somewhere else that starts with a Z if you are looking for a Dodge. More

Bought a vehicle from this dealer, roughly 6 months ago. I have waited to write this review to see if they would live up to their word. They have NOT! Vehicle over all is ok. What is a shame is the dealer I have waited to write this review to see if they would live up to their word. They have NOT! Vehicle over all is ok. What is a shame is the dealer. Never repaired what was asked for, they just put a bandaid on it, to get it down the road. Parts that were missing, and promised were never delivered. Overall the cars are ok but I’d find another dealer to do business with that is honest and can deliver on their written word! 1 star is a gift More

Great experience! I recently went to Kings Automall to check out the new Jeep Rubicon. I was met in the parking lot by Sherry Tarter, and from the get go she was AMAZING. She was very laid back and friend check out the new Jeep Rubicon. I was met in the parking lot by Sherry Tarter, and from the get go she was AMAZING. She was very laid back and friendly, and answered all the questions I had. The best thing about Sherry was that she was not pushy, I never once felt that Sherry was just "looking for a sale". A few days later I purchased my dream car (2021 Rubicon) and the whole experience was very quick and easy. Sherry even put a bow on the Jeep so I could get a picture of my new Christmas gift! Will definitely go to Sherry again, and would encourage everyone else to do so too if you are looking for a smooth, quick and easy car purchase. Thanks Sherry! More
