Oil leak. Last time I was in for a recall they replaced my oil pan (still under warranty). A few months later I notice I was leaking oil. I made an appointment on-line, brought it in and said I would wait. The job was complete (loose oil filter...not from this dealer) including degreasing engine where oil was leaking and I was on my way. No charge (again, 2016 with 12,000 miles and under warranty). Could not have been any easier or more efficient in my opinion. More
