electrical problem 2011 Caravan wouldn't start. Got an error message " no bus " I thought it would be an expensive fix. They diagnosed it, and it turned out to be a bad 2011 Caravan wouldn't start. Took my Jeep for recall work and they always break my car My Jeep had a recall. They took care of the recall part but managed to break another part on my car. This required them ordering the part they broke My Jeep had a recall. They took care of the recall part but managed to break another part on my car. This required them ordering the part they broke and my having to return two weeks later to fix that. They in turn broke something else during that repair which now requires another trip to repair. I finally had to take my vehicle to a local car repair person to fix otherwise my 4WD would not engage. I had to pay for this repair out of my pocket even though this dealership was responsible. I will NEVER go back to this dealership again for anything. More
